CAN I A SUGGESTION? THE CAMERAMAN CAN CAN STAY LONGER ONLY WITH ON ATLETETE. WHEN YOU TRY TO FOCUS ON ONE AND THE OTHER . YOU END UP LEAVING THOSE WHO WANT TO ASSIMILATE DETAILS. HERE'S A TIP!

@@goodebening6564 I wasn't thinking that you would go for another rep when you're close to failure, especially since you are doing this for mechanical strenght, so you need to do these with proper form and going to failure wouldn't be beneficial.
@mbsfaridi but sometimes like in my case ,you might believe that you have 1 or 2 reps left in the tank

Best content on YT. Bought the vertical jump program for my son. Did it 24 weeks (2 x 12 weeks) dunking by the end. Already an athletic kid but this program took him over the edge.

Great video. Absolutely movement is key. So gymnastics is the goto, judo (balance and footwork) and parkour and swimming would be my goto.

Good video. I just find it for vert training you need 4 exercises: 1. Max touch jumps (running, one step or 2-3 step approach) 2. Depth Jumps to high touch/ rim grab 3. Sprints 4. Distance bounds ( single and two foot) everything else is accessory work
